The ambassadors and the webzine: a great season that draws to an end!

, September 25th 2014, No comment, 701 vues.

2013-2014 is coming to an end for the ambassadors of Les Contamines. Yet again this year, a team of enthusiasts shared their favourite activities, encounters and discoveries through a number of different Webzine articles published throughout the year: a weekly appointment with life in Les Contamines.

In order to reveal behind the scenes and convey the true spirit of Les Contamines, our webzine covered various topics including skiing, walking, hiking, family leisure activities, outdoor sports, art, nature, entertainment, history and traditions. There was something for everyone!

The end of the season is also an opportunity to talk about those who deliver their views on Contamines each week via articles, photos and videos. A rich experience, personal to each ambassador:

“To share Les Contamines with people who are dear to us”

This was Pascal’s motivation. He carried out his mission with great enthusiasm. Through his articles, photos and videos Pascal provided an original view of Les Contamines and the surrounding mountains. He also went to meet the locals in search of authenticity.

For Louis, Ambassador was an opportunity to meet new people and to help others to discover places he has loved since he was a child. With him, discover the history of the Refuge des Conscrits or go behind the scenes with a slope groomer. Soak up a little more of life in Les Contamines.

Each ambassador has used his/her own words and vision to share a particular aspect of Les Contamines: Niki Heddle’s creations have no more secrets thanks to Pascale. Claire supplied all the good deals for a family holiday in Les Contamines. Sylviane and Jean-Paul presented important local figures and families. Corentine added a delicate and poetic touch to your spring walks and Clement took you climbing on steep rock faces or to discover local flora and alpine wildlife.

The season ends for this great team , creating space for a new team in October 2014.

See you soon on Les Contamines webzine!
