36 year old chef Fabrice Boidard is at the head of the gourmet restaurant “L ‘ Ô à la bouche” and the specialty restaurant «Le Marmott’s» in the Contamines. Two different restaurants, two different styles of cuisine!
He set up business six years ago in an original building designed by the local architect, Franck Bosch. Fabrice attended the Ecole Hôtelière in Thonon before leaving for Paris and the Ecole Supérieure de Cuisine Française. He followed courses with a number of prestigious chefs such as Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc and Pierre Gagnaire.
Next stop, Tahiti, where he discovered different products and flavors. After a short period in Beaune, he settled in Colorado for two years as head chef of a French restaurant. On his return, Fabrice, 30 years old and bilingual, decided to open his own establishment.
This season he suggests a choice of subtle flavors on his tasting menu: six dishes that reflect the best of ‘l ‘Ô à la bouche”. A delightful gourmet experience!
